On my Facebook page, I have been doing the 12 days of Fitness, become a Fan so you can check out the first 9 days. Day 10 — I  recently read a great book called “What Got You Here Won’t Get You There“  the author laid out 4 commitments that I am going to apply to fitness. Let go of the past – forget what you tried in thast past, learn from them and then move on. The next step is to determine what are you going to do NOW to acheive your goals.
