This month my mantra is feel the fear and do it any way. That means fear of all things — workouts, eating, my career and my personal life
and if I have time I may even take on my fear of snakes. I’ve been doing a lot of soul searching on the matter and I really think, it comes down to these core principles.
The 3 core principles will help you to break through those nagging fears that are preventing you from living your life and achieving all that you know you can accomplish.
