When I first started working out, my biggest excuse was time. I used it like a suit of armor. When I couldn’t workout for at least one hour and and half I would be why would I work out. That’s probably true if you want to follow a traditional workout plan at a gym. I totally understand that most of us don’t have to invest a ton of time into fitness to see results.
You have a job that you may work more than full time and you have other responsibilities that need to be taken care of at home can leave you with little time to yourself at all, much less time you might want to spend investing in a workout. The key comes from realizing that it doesn’t take an hour of devoted time to fit a workout into your average day. In fact, all it really takes is a little creative planning in advance.
The easiest way to get exercise without taking time out of your day is to fit it in among the things you already planned on doing that day. If you’ve got work to do outside in the yard or somewhere to go nearby, turn it into a fun exercise. Do stretches, jog in place, push ups, jumping jacks.! If you know you have to spend time out of the house, take a little extra time and park in the back of the lot then jog into the store. Feel like that may leave you a little to sweaty? Fast walk 3 space then regular walk the next 3 and so forth until you get to the end of the parking lot. Take your little bits of exercise when and where you can find them, even if it’s spontaneous! Even if you’re just at work you can get in a little bit of stretching and fitness during breaks or while you’re at your desk.
Another important way you can find quick fitness is to utilize high impact workouts that are specifically designed for people with only a little time. Here are 10 for you to try out right now. They can be done anywhere without little to no equipment. Fitness doesn’t have to be something that you spend a huge part of your day on if you just take the time to work little bits of it into everything you do!
